Refund policy

At Kosmos, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

• Unused, in its original packaging and with its labels;
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to request a refund

To exercise your withdrawal right within the 14-day period, send an email to gauthiernoepm@gmail.com stating your order number, before the deadline expires.

Refund timing

Once the returned product is received and checked, the refund is issued within 10 business days, via the payment method used for the original purchase.

Non-returnable products

The following products are excluded from the return right:

• Perishable products;
• Customised or made-to-order products;
• Personal care products;
• Dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases;
• Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, return your order and place a new order directly on the website.
