Shipping policy

At Kosmos, we care deeply about how your order reaches you, in line with our commitment to sustainability (recyclable packaging, responsible carrier partners).

1. Shipping areas

We deliver to metropolitan France. Other destinations may be arranged on request.

2. Processing time

Each order is prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of being validated. A confirmation email including your tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.

3. Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier — Colissimo, Mondial Relay or DHL.

4. Shipping costs

At Kosmos, shipping is free: all shipping costs are fully covered by Kosmos.

5. Incorrect delivery address

If your address is incorrect or incomplete, or if your parcel is not collected from a pickup point, re-shipping your order may be carried out at the customer's expense.
